In 2023, we launched Posh Shows, Poshmark’s live shopping experience, bringing the energy of real-time video auctions to our resale community.

As Lead Product Designer, I partnered with cross-functional teams to define the end-to-end experience — from live show discovery to hosting and bidding interactions. Our goal was to help sellers connect more authentically with their audiences and drive engagement through real-time storytelling.

& Consistency
Built a design system that helped the team move fast without breaking consistency. It allowed us to experiment weekly, launch quickly, often shipping at a pace faster than any previous initiative. This enabled us to keep every new feature feeling cohesive across the experience.
Making Shopping Effortless
Simplified how users browse, bid, and buy in live shows, reducing friction and helping both sellers and shoppers complete actions with confidence and ease.
The Bid button was too accessible, causing a high volume of accidental bids and creating poor experiences for both buyers and sellers.
